2 Dellmhor Cottages is a recently refurbished holiday home nestled in the heart of The Cairngorms National Park in Coylumbridge, Aviemore.

The cottage on Ski Road is only a few minutes walk from an extensive range of outdoor and indoor activities and facilities within the Rothiemurchus Estate and the Hilton Coylumbridge Resort. These include cycle tracks, dry ski slope, crazy golf, swimming pool, adventure play park, coffee shop, fishery and tennis courts. With walks around stunning Loch an Eilein, water sports and the beach at Loch Morlich, the Cairngorm Mountain ski resort and the Centre of Aviemore all within a few miles, families, groups and couples can enjoy their stay at 2 Dellmhor any time of year.

The accommodation itself is fully furnished and all on the one level. 2 Dellmhor Cottages has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with patio doors which open out to an attractive front porch for sunbathing or star gazing. There are three good sized bedrooms which consist of a bunk room, double room and a king room with en-suite. All have comfortable beds with bed linen and towels provided for guests. A travel cot and highchair is also available as the house is very popular with families. There is a family bathroom, a generous private garden to the rear with secure storage for up to three bikes and parking at the front.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barry (the owner) a message.

If Barry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
