This ex show home is an ideal family home, with 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom having a queen sized bed, TV and a superb en-suite master bedroom. There are good TV one having cable so you get a variety of channels to choose from, DVD, play station and is ideal if the weather is not so great or you just fancy a quiet night in. There is also internet access, should you need it. The pool is magnificent with a south west aspect and plenty of privacy, overlooking trees beyond. There is a superb spa and loads of room for sunbathing or just enjoying the outdoor life.

The garden is about 1/4 acre and there is excellent privacy with a bar b que for you to enjoy. There are 2 bikes so if you wish to get a little exercise and explore the local area you can.

The price quoted will include all taxes, cleaning of the property after your departure. The house will be perfect ready for your arrival and you will not have to strip beds and put the washing machine on etc. when you leave (this is a growing requirement for many of the houses, not necessarily by the owners but asked of guests by lazy management companies!!!)

There is a spa by the pool and if you wish to use this there will be a small amount charged to cover the additional costs.

One of the most important things when having a home overseas is quality of the management company, I know this only to well. We use the most excellent management company around. This ensures that this home is perfectly looked after and more importantly you as the guest will be taken care of, and have a fabulous home for your holiday. I have known too many holidays ruined by poor management companies and would never allow this to happen in one of my homes.

Charlotte shopping mall is huge and has loads of excellent shops, including Macys, Sear, JC Penny, and loads of boutiques and other independent shops, also there is a huge multi complex cinema there.

In this area of Florida there is loads and loads to do, I can help you with all sorts of ideas if you wish, however you will find that the house also has several leaflets and details on restaurants, places of interest, good shops, golf courses etc.

I have been renting homes in this area of Florida for over 26 years, this I am sure reassures you that I can be trusted implicitly and you can feel 100% confident in knowing that the home you will be staying in and any assistance that you may require whilst staying there will be of first class service.

Hi Pamela, I am delighted that you found the home beautiful, this home is certainly very lovely and in an excellent location, close to beaches, restaurants, loads of golf course, shops in fact everything you could wish for is within about 15 minutes. In the home there has excellent satellite TV, the main TV was replaced only recently and is a large flat screen so I am surprised that you felt this was not up to standard. There are also TV's in the bedrooms. We do ask guests about their comfort and have not heard anything negative about the beds so was very surprised that you found them less comfortable than you wished. The spa was working fine, in fact this has recently had a new motor. Unfortunately you did not bring this matter our attention whilst you were there as we would have been easily been able to show you how to make sure the spa heat came up to temperature, it is a very large spa and the weather was particularly cool whilst you were there so it does take about 3 hours to bring up to full temperature. I would love for you to stay with us again, either in this home or one of the many other superb homes that we manage, so please do get back in touch and I will do all I can to help find you the perfect home for your next visit to this wonderful part of SouthWest Florida.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
