This is definitely a VERY special home. The location is just perfect, south west facing rear aspect, pool and spa and huge deck area. Not overlooked but enjoying the magnificent view across the lake and the golf course beyond.

3 bedrooms and immaculate throughout. Every attention to detail given to make sure this home is just perfect in every way.

This home is a truly fantastic property in one of the best locations on the entire Rotonda, I might be a bit bias there, but knowing Rotonda as well as I do I truly believe this is a fantastic house and location! I personally love this house, it is in a great location, really quiet, yet close to everything you want. The best beaches are on Boca Grande or Manisota Cay, both can be reached within about 10 - 15 minutes. In fact almost everything you could wish for is within 15 minutes.

This is a superb 3 bed 2 bath pool home, the en-suite has access to the pool deck and is just lovely. The home is quite new and is immaculate. We use the best possible management company so I can say with absolute certainty that you and the home will be brilliantly looked after.

The home has everything you could wish for, WiFi Satellite 2 TV's which are 42", DVD, BBQ, 5 bikes, loads of gam, cards etc. The house has all the usual appliances with dishwasher, washer and Dryer, microwave, juice maker, coffee maker etc etc etc. I am sure you will just love it.. The garden is about 1/4 acre and the view to the rear is fabulous, overlooking a small wooded area, a lake and golf course beyond. Being south west facing and not overlooked this is just truly perfect.

The price will include all taxes, cleaning of the property after your departure. The house will be perfect ready for your arrival and you will not have to strip beds and put the washing machine on etc. when you leave (this is a growing requirement for many of the houses, not necessarily by the owners but asked of guests by lazy management companies!!!)

There is a spa by the pool and if you wish to use this we do ask for amount to cover the additional costs, this would only be £50 per week.

There area also beach chairs, umbrella and a cool box for those balmy days by the sea!

One of the most important things when having a home overseas is quality of the management company, I know this only to well. We have the most excellent management company around. This ensures that this home is perfectly looked after and more importantly you as our guest will be taken care of, and have a fabulous home for your holiday. I have known too many holidays ruined by poor management companies and would never allow this to happen in one of my homes.

In this area of Florida there is loads and loads to do, I can help you with all sorts of ideas if you wish, however you will find that the house also has several leaflets and details on restaurants, places of interest, good shops, golf courses etc.

I have been renting homes in this area of Florida for over 24 years, this I am sure reassures you that I can be trusted implicitly and you can feel 100% confident in knowing that the home you will be staying in and any assistance that you may require whilst staying there will be of first class service.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
