Compare and see for yourself (We provide a fully air conditioned apartment with high-tech amenities in the middle of downtown Rotterdam center), we take pride to provide our guest with the best!! This fantastic, breathtaking and luxurious, High-Tech home automated apartment is on the 22nd floor (220 Feet / 68 Meters) of the complex "Harbour Village" on Wijnhaveneiland. This part of town is also known as the Manhattan on the Maas due to its architecturally unique skyline of high-rises.

Centrally located in the midst of the business center, cultural town and the town main shopping streets, with a spectacular view of the waterways of the river “ the Maas” and its two Bridges; the Erasmus bridge and the Willems Bridge.

For hot summer days the apartment is equipped with a ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen plus separately controlled 3x quiet split-unit air conditioning installed in each of the two Bedrooms and the living room/kitchen area, while a centrally regulated heating system warms up those cold winter days controlled with a top of the line Smart Thermostat.

The apartment has a very spacious, open floor plan and grand floor-to-ceiling windows with Tilt-and-Turn windows.

Each room is tastefully decorated and designed to create a luxury yet homely feeling. The layout of the apartment features all over hard wood flooring layout with two large bedrooms all with flat Screen TV's (Two Smart TV Blue Bedroom/Living room), one full bathroom, a separate guest toilet, a storage room housing a washer, dryer, Fire Extinguisher, and First aid kit

Our spacious living room is fully furnished with high quality furniture massaging recliner and stylish finishing touches.

As mentioned before both Bedrooms also have a floor to Ceiling Windows for the spectacular views with Tilt/Turn Windows, Hard Wood Flooring, build-In wardrobe with Floor to Ceiling Mirrors.

All Bedrooms are equipped with the Royal King size Auping-beds which are equipped with 3 motors for Head/Back/Leg-Support adjustmentfor Head /Back /Feet-Support adjustment. These King size beds are based on three pillars that make the beds so special: ventilation, back-support and pressure relief, so after your long days you will have a great night rest.. Furthermore each bedroom has Valet Coat Rack Stand Clothing Suit Stand Metal & Wood Hanger.

Please take note of the following: In One of the Two rooms (Blue Room) we have a Futon (Queen size bed) which functions as an extra bed for kids/teenagers. This Futon is not as comfortable as the High-End motorized adjustable Auping King size Beds.

The culinary-designed kitchen was given a lot of attention up to the smallest of details. The kitchen appliances are all high-end luxury brands and include a dishwasher, a large French door Refrigerator with Integrated Water & Ice dispensers, microwave/oven combo, Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooktop and hood. Mixer, Blenders, Hand blender Toaster Rice-cooker and Ovenware.Obviously the kitchen is stylishly furnished with all necessary crockery, cutlery and glassware.

This apartment has an impressive view and is located in the lively heart of the modern city of Rotterdam, with its sophisticated shopping-center and city's business center just 10 - 15 minutes walking distance, while located just at the calm edge of the city of Rotterdam. Conveniently located and only one block away (approximately 2 minutes walking distance) you will find a Spar supermarket (Closed on Sunday) for any of your required daily groceries. The apartment is simply perfectly located with museums, restaurants, theaters, watertaxi,waterbus and movie theaters all at walking distance. Its close proximity to all public transportation gives you all the convenience of a car-free stay; train/metro/bus/tram station Blaak, metro station Churchillplein are all located within a few minutes walking distance.

Should your stay require the use of a car we can offer an attractively priced secured parking spot in the garage of the apartment complex. The major Highways/Ring are easily accessible within minutes to destinations all major cities such as The Hague, Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Eindhoven. Schiphol Airport is approximately 35-40 minutes away from the apartment if traffic is light to moderate

The WaterTowers has a:Secured fob entrance-system with Video-phone intercom. Secured access to private parking and secured fob floor-level access to two elevators. The storage room has both a washer and dryer and unlike many other similar apartments, this luxurious apartment offers a full bathroom and a separate guest toilet.

How do damage deposits work?

If Bryan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
