L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione, molto vivibile e comodo. Noi quattro ci siamo trovati bene. Il proprietario Sebastian è molto gentile e disponibile.

Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour se soit mal déroulé à vos yeux. En 4 ans de location, c'est la première fois qu'on nous remonte de telles remarques et que nous rencontrons des locataires aussi agressifs (notamment l'auteure de ce commentaire). Non notre appartement n'était pas sale (on peut toujours trouver de la poussière au fond des tiroirs en cherchant bien), non il n'est pas situé aux abords d'une décharge. Quant au parking privé et comme expliqué, le chantier a commencé juste avant votre arrivée et nous vous avons offert une alternative dans un parking tout aussi privé et encore plus sécurisé (fermé la nuit). Nous avons habité cet appartement à 4 pendant 2 ans, le rangement ne nous a jamais fait défaut (armoire 2 portes dans la chambre, grand linéaire dans le séjour). Nous avons sensibilisé le voisinage pour le bruit généré la première nuit. Nous aurions pu le faire immédiatement si vous nous aviez prévenu. Pour la troisième nuit, notre fille fêtait effectivement ses 18 ans et nous avons cherché avec vous une solution. L'appartement que nous vous avions réservé s'est avéré être moins confortable et nous vous avons finalement relogé dans deux chambres d'un hôtel*** avec petit-déjeuner. Notre appartement se situe dans une bonne fouchette en terme de rapport qualité prix et nous n'avons pas à rougir de nos prestations. Pour rappel, vous avez payé moins de 18 € par personne par nuit ! Le fait que vous postiez deux commentaires négatifs pour le même séjour est révélateur de votre personnalité.

Why can't I call Sebastien (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sebastien (the owner) a message.

If Sebastien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
