Little Valley in the Black Perigord: Xabi, Elise and children are delighted to present to you their lodging Little Valley. It is located 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin, in the Périgord Black. Village of about 1,600 inhabitants, located on the axis Périgueux-Sarlat Rouffignac St Cernin is an ideal base for visiting the most beautiful sites of Périgord. We will be happy to advise you on tours to do during your stay. Yet close to all amenities (supermarket, withdrawal terminal, gas station, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, post office, Sunday market, etc.), our house has a quiet atmosphere in the middle of its 5 hectares of land mostly wooded with lovely views. The cottage consists of: - on the ground floor of a large kitchen and a lounge / dining room and office with internet access (computer not provided). Flat screen TV + DVD player. A spacious room with a bed of 160cm. A bathroom with shower. A separate toilet. - upstairs 2 bedroom 1 with 1 bed of 140cm and the other with 2 beds of 90cm and 1 single mattress. A bathroom with tub. A separate toilet. We can accommodate up to 7 people. NOT INCLUDED (Order from the owner at least 2 days prior to arrival and payable locally): - bed linen and towels: 15 € per double bed and 10 € per single bed (shower mats and tea towels provided). The beds will be made upon arrival. Cleaning: 80 € In July and August, we offer the € 1,500 price all inclusive (linen and cleaning). If you prefer to bring your own sheets, plan 220x240 duvet covers for double beds and 160x200 for singles we can lend baby equipment (high chair, changing mat, cot,) bicycle rental (20 € / week /bike).     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elise (the owner) a message.

    If Elise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
