Always our most popular cottage, just right a for a small family or two couples.

This gite is fabulous for those seeking stylish luxury, chic and quirky it has all you need home from home with touch of luxury.

We are well equipped for children but this is not your "cheap and cheerful" venue, everyone has privacy and comfort and with only 3 gites there is plenty of room for everyone to relax but make friends if they wish.

This is a chilled out yet quietly sophisticated retreat. Perfect to relax and rejuvenate by the pool or to discover all this region has to offer.

The location is at the pinacle of the "golden triangle of the Charente" equidistant between Angouleme and Cognac and 3 minutes from the market town of Rouillac with all amenities.

Rural idyll....”Lovely mix of guests staying there which seems to be the norm in this chilled out yet quietly sophisticated retreat. Gite was well appointed and done with a simple and cool taste. Steph, our hostess, cooked superb and good value food when we couldn't be bothered to do so and we ended up chatting on the terrace to the other guests until the early hours. Can't recommend this highly enough, but keep it under your hat.......

Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms each with its own en suite shower room. One has a king size bed with Juliet balcony and French doors on to South Views over open country. The second has a double, a single and a cot, which can be removed.

Downstairs open plan living with fully equipped kitchen living space; Fridge Freezer, New for 2016 - Range Oven and Tassimo Machine. Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher.

There is a high chair and hand blender, lots of books and toys available. Also stair gate, slip mat, step up and potty.

There are comfy sofas, french doors onto own terrace, seating and BBQ, flat screen TV, DVD, MP3/CD player, iPod docking and free WIFI. Plus private parking

Why can't I call Stephanie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Stephanie (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephanie (the owner) a message.

If Stephanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
