Située à Roussillon, village niché au cœur du Lubéron, classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France grâce à ses ocres uniques, notre villa de 220m2 a été entièrement rénovée pour vous permettre de passer un séjour authentique et confortable, au calme sans être isolé.

Coté pratique , le centre du village, à 1500m est accessible à pied en 15mn, proche des transports (gare TGV à 40mn), et à 6 mn en voiture d'APT et ses grandes enseignes commerciales.

Elle est classée 5 étoiles par l'office de tourisme du Pays d'Apt.

Soirées autours du piano, poisson frais du marché au barbecue, apéritif au bord de la piscine sous le murier, pendant que les enfants s'amusent autour de la maison dans la grand terrain totalement sécurise de 2500m2 , de beaux souvenirs à vous créer...

Sa décoration chaleureuse et soignée séduira les mélomanes par ses clins d’œil à la musique et l'opéra, sa fonctionnalité, l’organisation de la grande pièce de vie sur la piscine séduira les familles.

Ses espaces lumineux, sa grande pièce de vie, son jardin ont été aménagés pour vous offrir des moments de convivialité en famille ou entres amis, tout en préservant l'intimité de chacun : coin salon TV avec un poêle à bois, coin piano avec bibliothèque et jeux de société, coin salle à manger,

La grande cuisine semi ouverte et équipée donne sur la terrasse et son barbecue pour 12 convives, ainsi que sur le jardin et la piscine comme toute la pièce à vivre.
