I like to know my guests and I like that they have a high opinion of me and accommodation that I offer. 2. FOR YOU FARO 'MUCH MORE' THE MIDDLE OF A HOST OF TRIPADVISOR. I will be at your disposal if you need advice during your stay in Rovigo. I'll try to give you all the useful information that will serve you, both in terms of services to tourism. You can call to solve any problem; I and my family will try to help you out in any situation. If you need extra cleaning or a change of clothing or bedding, we will try to oblige. We will also be at your disposal if you want to find something special to your destination, for example: a bottle of champagne, tickets to theaters and museums, reservations for restaurants, etc. 3. 'ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, YOU SHALL NOT HAVE SURPRISES. Some hosts ask that he be paid a separate fee for the use of air conditioning, for breakfast, for iron, etc. YOU WILL NEED TO NOT PAY MORE 'NOTHING FOR: Phone, iron, air conditioner, TV, parking, breakfast, coffee, washing machine and everything you may find inside the apartment. IN KITCHEN you will find a comfortable sofa two places abundant, with flat-screen TVs, various magazines, a table with 4 chairs, playing cards (both trump that scale). In a movable wall there is positioned the machine for pods coffee, a microwave and everything needed for a hearty breakfast. The kitchen area, complete with all the necessary utensils to cook, includes a large fridge freezer, hob, stove and oven, sink. Food stuffs Staples, oil, salt and pepper, sugar water, and much more! At your disposal also various products for any cleaning. This room has a great natural light that enters through a large window and a glass door which leads to the terrace. BATHROOM with window, shower and shower, bidet, washing machine, basic consumer products for personal hygiene and shaving, big and small towels. In front of the bathroom a clothing closet door, with spare bulbs, multiple power plugs and a small first aid kit. THE DOUBLE BED very spacious, with a double bed with pillows, sheets and duvet winter. Several points of light, servo-mute, chairs, mirror and chest to increase your comfort. THE POSITION AND ADJACENT SERVICES Train station at 150 mt. courier station at 200 mt. Cycle track at 50 mt. City Center 400 mt. University 150 mt. Fair and Congress Center CENSER 250 mt. In the radius of 200 meters: pharmacy, two restaurants, pizzeria, a pizza takeaway, two kiosks, church, gym, bakery, hardware store, tobacco shop, bar. The old town, and the small "nightlife Rovigo" can be reached in a short walk of 5 minutes. By accessing the back bar, you can park your car in the courtyard of the building. The apartment is air-conditioned, heated to radiators or heat pump. In short, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay, now BOOK NOW before I do another !!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
