Apartment „BONACA“ is a house with 2 apartments with a separate entrance, terrace and free parking (closed parking area with gate). It is situated in a quiet part of the town, only 10-15 min walk from the town centre and the beach.There is a caffe-bar, supermarket and restaurant very close to the apartment.

- Apartment(A1) is on the ground floor and It is composed of one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom

with two single beds, a living room , equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 terraces, one is 15 m2, second one 8m2,

with sitting places. There is a satellite TV and free Wi-Fi connection. Interior size is 55 m2.

Guests are alone in the ground floor(hosts live on first floor) and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, with no trafic,

just perfect to relax and sleep well.

We are open all year round and would be happy to help you organize your holiday in Istria and share the information

of this unique area.

The closest market is only 5 - 10 minutes away from us as are the nearest restaurant,

coffee bar and a children playground.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ante (the owner) a message.

If Ante (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
