Masseria Muto from the XVII century., Also used as a hunting lodge by a noble family, it has been recently restored using eco-friendly materials. It is part of the Salento fortified farms because of the presence on the table of typical trap doors. Perfect hermitage of peace between olive groves and peregrine falcons is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, for the soul and body wellness. The farm is surrounded by quaint protection drywall intimacy of those who live there, inside there is a large garden with orchard, available to our guests, a mini swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a gazebo surrounded by lawn and a solarium. The rooms are perfect in every detail and designer furnishings combine good tradition and innovation. The day at the farmhouse starts with the awakening yoga, and continuing with a hearty breakfast. On our website, there is a set of services and solutions to visit and experience the places of Salento.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Mario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
