Town: Situated in an elevated position, just three miles from Whitby, and twenty-one miles from Scarborough, the small rural village of Sneaton is a well-situated holiday location. The village, composed of pretty stone cottages that line the main street, is also home to an excellent pub offering exceptional local produce in a traditional setting with a welcoming open fire and beamed ceilings. The nearby Beacon Farm produces delicious, homemade ice cream and has a tea-room and farm shop open to visitors. Numerous public footpaths can be found around the village of Sneaton, making it a perfect location for walkers.
