The Sheraton offers a high level of comfort and space for you and your family to relax and enjoy. In addition, you can enjoy multi-room heating in all Silver PLUS caravans so you are assured of a cosy stay, whatever the weather.

This home boasts of Double Glazing, Central Heating, Flat screen TV/DVD player, Main Toilet & Shower, Kitchen Equipment/utilities & Appliances, integrated F/Freezer, microwave & cooker & much more. In the lounge the sofa can also be used as another double bed.

Available to rent all year round & prices vary depending on when you want to book.

Gas and electric included in the price

Kitchen: Well equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, all cooking utensils/pots/pans/trays and pl......ates/cups/cutlery etc

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, Built-in Wardrobes and en-suite Toilet room. There is a twin room with 2 full size single beds, with fitted wardrobes. In the lounge the sofa can also be used as another double bed.

Bedroom 2: Twin room with 2 full size single beds, full length wardrobe, wall mirror, over-bed wardrobe.

Lounge: Two seater sofa with pull out double bed, 2 single armchairs, 2 side tables, 1 coffee table, Smart TV/DVD with built in Freeview, selection of games, gas fire and electric ceiling fan.

Separate toilet and walk in shower room.

Please bring your own towels, toiletries etc

For those of you that don't drive the nearest train station is Rye Station and the bus just outside the station will bring you directly to the park (10 min) and vice versa. Rye is an ancient town full of cobbled streets, tea rooms, quaint shops and antique stores with a lovely harbour and nice restaurants.

Ample parking available on site, just next to the caravan. Own private parking space right outside the caravan!

Kids play area literally just outside the caravan.

The Caravan is only a 1 minute walk from the amenities of the clubhouse a 5 minute stroll from 7 miles of sandy beaches and dunes.

On site restaurant, chip shop, shop, large arcade, swimming pool with 4 indoor pools and a flume, sports pitch, kids club/activities, launderette, bike hire store, pub, clubhouse which has shows, bingo and evening cabaret.

There will be a separate cleaning charge of £15 per booking.

We stayed at Camber sands Dean park for a week . The beach on-site is not wheelchair friendly and was disappointed we could not go to the beach. The park it self was very dog orientated which is ok if… More

Really clean caravan and great communications from the owner. Plenty of room for 6 and would definitely stay again. Would recommend to others.

Why can't I call Sam (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sam (the owner) a message.

If Sam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
