Roofed deck with 2 sitting areas fully furnished, wide entrance hall, 40 m2 air-conditioned dining & living-room, fireplace & TV, 5 double bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes, 1 full bathroom, 1 full shower room, fully-equipped kitchen & washing area, garage & central heating.

30-second walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava, this comfortable Mediterranean family villa is set a in large garden with lawn & 50-year-old pine trees. It is enjoyable in the summer as well as in the winter. The area offers mild climate, breathtaking spots & a great number of facilities: town markets, shopping malls, all-budget restaurants, water sports & walking trails along the coast.

Comfortable, spacious house with cozy, tasteful furniture. Every room except for one bathroom has windows or balconies overlooking the garden. The dining and living room have four-paneled windows that lead onto the decked terrace. Big kitchen with pantry and more than enough cupboards that allow you to store everything easily and prepare meals in all comfort. Washing area outside the kitchen

The back of the house has a spacious, very sunny clothes-line area beside the washing place. Apart from the mentioned roofed decked terrace, there is another six-people sitting area under some pine trees. There is also a table-tennis at the other end of the huge garden where parties for over 60 people have been held.
