Apartment for 4 people in Spain (Costa Brava) located in S'Agarò in a very quiet Residence, especially suitable for families. It is about 10 minutes walk from the sea, reachable through a beautiful pine forest. At about 700 m you can get to the "CONCA", a marvelous beach shown in the photos, bordered by the "Camin de Ronda", a panoramic route where you can see the whole splendid coast. The apartment is on the first floor, composed of 1 bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and TV; 1 bedroom with single beds and built-in wardrobe, 1 complete bathroom with bathtub, 1 very large living room with sofa bed, 50-inch TV with digital terrestrial and satellite, glass table with chairs and a large window overlooking the terrace with a great view; a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, pots, glasses, plates and cutlery, everything you need in a kitchen. The Residence also has a private parking space and a swimming pool for adults and children. S'Agarò is located between Platja d'Aro and Sant Feliu de Guixols, an area rich in services, such as restaurants and supermarkets and tourist attractions. Barcelona is only 80 km away and is easily accessible by public transport. Wi-Fi 4G / 5G. NO PERSONAL LINEN AS (SHEETS, TOWELS, etc.) Furthermore, those interested in staying for the whole month have a very interesting discount (contact me).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michelangelo (the owner) a message.

If Michelangelo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
