No ver al propietario no puede ser ninguna critica, cuando todo fue explicado de antemano, y recibidos puntualmente por la persona encargada para la entrega de llaves. En cuanto a la salida, se permitió salir a la hora deseada sin limite de tiempo durante la mañana. Cierto que solo hay un aparato de aire que en principio siempre fue suficiente para cubrir los 32 m2 de habitación y comedor., pero debe considerarse la excepcionalidad de calor de este año y en particular de esas semanas. En cuanto a los ventiladores, no comunicaron nada, nosotros tenemos ventiladores para momentos puntuales como estos de calor, se hubiesen puesto a disposición sin coste alguno,, pero lo comentaron cuando ya los habían comprado. En cuanto al wifi, si bien el complejo tenia wifi para todos los bloques, la baja señal ofrecida por la empresa llevo a la comunidad a rescindir el contrato, y ciertamente en esas semanas ya no había wifi, algo sobrevenido, por lo que resultó en esas fechas difícil de instalar una nueva linea particular. En definitiva, no creo que tales circunstancias merezcan el calificativo de la opinión ofrecida.

Mucgas gracias Sr.Guy por su opinion que es absolutamente correcta y tiene parte de razon en algunos aspectos. En cuanto a la lavadora ciertmente quisimos tenerla instalada en pocos dias, pero debido a las enormes lluvias que hubo en la zona , incluso con varios muertos segun recordara Ud, el servicio tecnico no pudo llegar durante esos dias. Y lo mismo ocurrio con los operarios que debian haber venido a reparar el manubrio de la ventana, y que a fecha de hoy ya esta todo reparado. Espero poder recibirles nevamente en otra ocasion donde creo que ya todo sera de su gusto y su satisfaccion sera total.

Why can't I call Javier (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Javier (the owner) a message.

If Javier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
