Sol Crestatx. Beautiful and modern villa located in Crestatx, in the north of the island of Mallorca.

This magnificent villa has everything you need to enjoy the best holidays. The accommodation, newly built is divided into two floors. The first one has a large dining room and living room, with a fully equipped American kitchen. On this same floor, you can find a double room with a full bathroom. Going up the stairs and accessing the second floor, we find the other 3 rooms, all double and with their own bathroom. The house has all the elements to enjoy an unforgettable holiday from the first moment: WIFI, air conditioning, quality furniture, international TV channels, Netflix, dishwasher, barbecue, parking, and a Jacuzzi on the top terrace.

The outdoor area, perfectly maintained, has a pool of 12 x 3 meters and a large garden where you can enjoy the best sunsets and tranquility of a well-deserved vacation.

The residential area of Crestatx is located between Sa Pobla and Pollença, very close to the north coast of Mallorca, where you can enjoy the sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia, the crystal clear waters of Formentor, or any kind of water sport like Windsurfing or Kitesurf in the area of Sa Marina.

The location of the villa allows easy access to any place in the north of Mallorca. It is a ten-minute drive from the village of Pollença, one of the most charming villages in the north of the island. There you can enjoy a great gastronomic variety, both in international cuisine and typical Mallorcan dishes. Enjoy taking something on some terrace of the town square overlooking the views of the church. In addition, in the village, you can stroll among its alleys, or visit El Calvari from where you will contemplate one of the most impressive views of Mallorca. You can also visit the famous tourist area of Port de Pollença, an ideal place to bathe on its beaches, or dine on a terrace facing the sea. In addition, the bay of Pollença has some of the best coves of sand or rock on the island. Visit the cove of Mal Pas, Bonaire, Formentor, or La Victòria.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
