Château de Preuil of classical style was built from 1830 to 1845 by Adrian Augier, son of Baron Jean-Baptiste AUGIER, General of Napoleon.
The landscaped park was designed by Count Choulot, landscape architect, who in 1858 made the city of Le Vésinet on request of Napoleon III.
On the first floor, the Hibiscus room enjoys a double western and southern exposure and offers an intimate and colorful comfort respecting the authenticity of the house.
Its surface area of 26 m2 with its own bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
The bathroom is made of stone La Celle.
