From the owner

The apartment ORCHID is a beautiful F2 75m2 (including 30 m2 private terrace), located on the floor of our villa. The villa is located in a dead end in a quiet and pleasant area in the country. Nearby (walking): bakery, grocery store and supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, post office, ATM ... You are 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of white sand, 5 minutes from the town of Sainte Anne, 10 minutes Moule and 15 minutes from St. Francis. The villa is ideally situated for visiting our beautiful island. Convenient parking is available in the garden. The Orchid property is completely independent and has a private entrance via an outside staircase. All rooms of the apartment overlook a large pleasantly ventilated porch. View flowery garden. You will find on the terrace - a dining area (1 table + 4 teak chairs + cushions) - an aperitif corner (1 sofa + 2 armchairs + cushions + coffee table), - a sitting area (2 bath teak sun + cushions). The bedroom has a double bed 200 x 200 very comfortable and quality (Dunlopillo mattress and box spring) it is air conditioned and has a large dressing room, where you can easily store all your stuff. There is a sofa bed for 2 for a second bed in the lounge. Just off the bedroom, you will have a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, thermostatic valve ... The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the terrace. You will therefore have the choice of eating in or out. Equipment: - Tele (CANALSAT) - Internet Access (WIFI) - Washing machine - Table and iron - Grand oven - Microwave - Fridge + freezer - Coffee machine - toaster - Blender - hob - Electric Kettle - Press citrus - cooler - Steamers ... - sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths ... - table and 4 chairs in the kitchen - table and 4 chairs on the terrace - 2 loungers on the terrace - 2 folding chairs for beach - large bed 200 x 200 - 1 sofa + 2 armchairs + low table on the terrace - sofa bed in the living room - air conditioning (room) - fans (bedroom, kitchen, living room) - ... - baby cot + baby bedding + deckchair + high chair ... How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emili (the owner) a message.

If Emili (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
