Our immaculate, comfortable condo awaits you on St. Augustine Beach located on beautiful Anastasia Island! We are a high quality listing, owner managed with attention to detail. Convenient driveway parking and private unit entry. Our beach condo has high speed wired and wireless internet, WiFi DVD, HDTV & cable service. Just 10 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, this beautifully landscaped complex is located on Anastasia Island, a quiet stretch of sandy shoreline just off A1A Beach Blvd. It is minutes from all the conveniences you need: grocery, restaurants, drug store, putt-putt golf, tourist shopping & ice cream! The unit is an immaculate second floor 1230 sq foot two bedroom/two bath flat,(up a stair flight, but no stairs in unit), offering views of both the lagoon below, and the ocean, right off your balcony. Sea Winds has a clean, eye-pleasing pool, new hot tub and tennis courts. There is also a clubhouse available for group gatherings. Our unit has bikes, tennis rackets and beach equipment for your enjoyment of area offerings. The complex is peaceful and family friendly, with a contemporary style. It accents privacy with a gated entrance, individual unit entry with the bonus of a garage and individual unit driveway. Our complex and unit are in excellent condition, inside and out. Our unit is furnished in a casual beach theme, complimenting the ocean backdrop. The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed, beautiful furniture & a walk-in closet, through which you enter the master bathroom. Sliding glass doors open onto a balcony, affording a direct view of the boardwalk, sand dunes and ocean. The guest bedroom is quite large as well, with a king size bed, desk/computer area & large walk-in closet. A second full bath serves the guest bedroom and main area. An excellent arrangement for two couples or a family of up to 6.

Superior kitchen-- fully equipped & well organized-- easy to cook here full time. It has a pass through bar to the dining area, easily seating 4-6, and a large custom food pantry. The living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa (with added foam mattress pad for comfort), custom built entertainment unit with flat screen LCD HDTV and fireplace, and sliding glass doors accessing the balcony. Seating for six on balcony; a perfect place to relax and eat a casual meal or relax and enjoy warm ocean breezes. A complete laundry room, situated near the front area of unit, is convenient and totally quiet!

Stay for a week, month, or longer, to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and fun/varied activities for the whole family. There is something for all ages, just minutes from your front door. The wide stretch of beach offers swimming, surfing, shelling, sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing. Take a leisurely stroll, or relaxing bike ride, as you cruise along the coast & view the magnificent Atlantic Ocean and native wildlife. Or hang out at the complex & enjoy the amenities.

Some of the available activities: Golfers: World Golf Village is a few miles north of St. Augustine, and boasts two championship 18 hole courses, as well as the World Golf Hall of Fame. There are many public courses in the area as well. Try windsurfing, para sailing, boating, deep-sea fishing, canoeing, or dolphin watching along the coast. For a more leisurely day, explore the shops, play a round of putt putt golf, have an ice cream cone, or eat in the restaurants near the complex, along Beach Boulevard. SPECIAL JEWEL: Anastasia State Park, a beautiful undeveloped/natural beach, is just 5 minutes north & within walking distance from our unit. A 10 minute drive, past the Lighthouse and over the historic/newly refurbished Bridge of Lions, offers the unique ambiance of the historic city of St. Augustine. Tour the Lighthouse (before the Bridge as you approach downtown), and the 'Castillo De San Marcos', a 17th century Spanish fort. Take a horse-drawn carriage ride, a quaint trolley ride or stroll cobblestone streets as you explore one of America's oldest cities. Unique stores and restaurants abound, and you will discover rich Florida history while visiting this special area! It is a wonderfully romantic place.

Popular attractions include: the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, Ponce De Leon's Fountain of Youth, The World of Golf, St. Augustine Cathedral, St. Augustine Lighthouse, The Castillo de San Marcos (17th-century fort), Ripley's Believe it or Not, Marineland, historic Flagler College, and nearby premium discount shopping at one of North Florida's largest outlet malls. You are only 90 minutes from Disney resorts/Orlando attractions. Several miles south of our complex sits the beautiful Matanzas Inlet and historic fort, and Washington Oaks State Park. There is something to do, whichever direction you travel!

Why can't I call Jeff (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jeff (the owner) a message.

If Jeff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
