Lola’s LOFT offers a (1)Bed (2) Bath Ocean side Oasis and is nestled in a beautiful resort located on the ocean. Two pools and a jacuzzi just steps away. Pond and fountain view. Oceanside no roads to cross!!

It boasts many upgrades and artistic touches that keep evolving! Actually everything is New and Professionally decorated with beautiful NEW furnishings throughout and a NEW open shelving kitchen WITH all amenities included and new Spanish tile backsplash! NEW Commercial grade Washer, Dryer, Navy Cabinets, Gorgeous white gold Quartz, Kohler gold faucet , New Stove, Frig and Dishwasher... actually I hope you don’t need to use these!! Toaster oven no microwave.

The two flights up will be worth it!

New King Bed, furnishings, and wall mount flat screen in Master Suite. Perfect retreat after a day at the beach lay back and watch the palm tree sway outside your window.

The balcony is a perfect retreat while viewing the pool, ponds , fountains and tennis courts while sipping that freshly brewed speciality, FROTHY COFFEE from the Coffee Bar. Sit on the balcony with a good book and a glass of wine enjoying the pool view and the lighted fountains in the ponds. Short walk to covered BBQ area . After dinner drinks on the Comfortable love seat, pillows, afghan , table and chairs included.

This VERY well appointed Floridian home is exactly 200 steps to the coolest beach AND only a few steps away from a relaxing atrium jacuzzi and large outdoor pool. Smaller pool is heated. Located in the well maintained Ocean and Racquet Resort which offers: security, guard service, ample parking,PARKING FEE PER STAY NOT NIGHT is $15.00 per vehicle per stay. Tennis lessons available for a fee, activities for adults and kids, grills, shuffle board, jacuzzi in building, outdoor showers, car hose, ocean deck with seating, clubhouse and stocked ponds for fishing. inquire about PICKLE BALL availability!!

Local establishments: mini putt, shopping center, grocery stores, great restaurants and bars all within walking distance on beach. Outdoor music fest and Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings. A short scenic ride to “our” nations oldest AND most beautiful little city takes you back in time while strolling the old streets-exploring new restaurants and unique drinking establishments.

*Regarding COVID: We have followed the guidelines of St Johns County for preparation of the condo. All linens and towels have (and always) have been disinfected with laundry sanitizer for colors and good ol Clorox for whites. The surfaces have been wiped down and there is an air spray sanitizer available for guests. As always all mattress covers are a zippered mattress pad to resist bed bugs as well.

We rarely book same day check in and check out which allows for natural sanitation and a less hurried clean. Thank you so much!

You are always welcome to contact me for anything. As an owner at Ocean and Racquet I noticed many inadequacies with cleaning and that is why our unit is now being attended by me the owner- no office -no outside vendors. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elaine (the owner) a message.

If Elaine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
