Total renovation with all white kitchen, granite, stainless steel appliances, white tile floors, beautifully decorated with original art and shabby chic beach look. Fluffy white towels, 42/32" flat screens, fiber optics,Wifi, HDTV, DVR and free long distance.You can listen to the ocean over a cup of coffee in the early morning on the deck. Soooo relaxing!!Partial ocean views from the terrace, living room and master. The best Club on the beach. All the makings for that perfect beach vacation!!! Please take a close look at the photos, as we are really excited by how well the renovation came out.

Loved this little place in St. Augustine. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The only thing I wished we had was beach towels. We look forward returning soon.

We try very hard to go the extra mile for each of our guests so they can have a positive beach experience at our condo. The reviews seem to indicate that in most instances we are successful. If you read all of the following reviews, our condo is always spotlessly clean and maintained to an incredibly high level. It is treated for pests as most condos in Florida twice a month, no food kept in the condo and hence as bug free as possible in a tropical climate. I happened to be in the condo as the cleaners were finishing a few hours before Megan’s arrival and the place looked perfect as is usually the case. It is all white so while it’s livable and washable, the image is all beach. Megan checked in Saturday night and left the next morning indicating her asthma was causing her problems and attributing it to seeing a roach in the condo. She wanted a refund and indicated without one a negative review would be coming. I indicated that we will have the cleaners back, put the condo on the market and if rented will give her the proceeds of the rental. That seemed fair to me.The condo did not rent on short notice and hence no proceeds were available. I could have provided what I believed to be an unwarranted refund to avoid her negative review but felt strongly like I was being held up for a refund and did not do it on principle. I would ask potential guests to read the other reviews and then judge for yourselves regarding our condo.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. We enjoy our time as well whenever we are at the Club. We try very hard to give every guest a positive experience as you can see from our other reviews. We do things like feature the cleaners name and cell phone number in the check in package and ask guests to get in touch with them and any concerns will be addressed immediately. We also focus people’s attention to the condos location on the third floor as it would be terrible if a guest would arrive and not be able to navigate stairs. Condos are not like hotels. Most have check out routines like ours that request all laundry be placed in front of the washer, remove all food and garbage and start the dishwasher. Having said all that, please accept our apology for the less then stellar experience.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luke (the owner) a message.

If Luke (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
