This pretty provencal villa situated in a peaceful location with stunning views of the Mediterranean, but within an easy 5 minute drive from all local amenities.

This villa offers plenty of opportunity to take in the breathtaking sea views, whether it be enjoying your morning coffee sitting on one of the bedroom balconies or a cocktail whilst lounging by the pool or with your evening meal on the outside terrace.

The villa is set over three levels and offers four bedrooms all with air conditioning, a private heated infinity pool with alarm for younger children’s safety plus a ‘martini seat’ offering unspoilt views of the Mediterranean.

Lower Level

You will find a master double bedroom, ensuite, dressing room with patio doors leading to its own private terrace with views of the surrounding national trust wooded hillsides.

There is a kitchenette/utility room with washer/dryer/fridge, microwave, electric hob and for fitness minded individuals, set within the garage, there is a matted free weights area with varies dumbbell weights plus an exercise bike.

Ground Level

A kitchen featuring brand new units with an island, US style fridge/freezer, 5x ring gas hob with electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle plus Nespresso coffee machine.

Double bedroom with exclusive use of bathroom opposite, along with it's own private balcony with sea view

Separate cloakroom

Dining room with a large table, seating up to six persons, wine cooler & double doors leading onto the covered terrace with additional dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. The dining room and living room are open plan,

Living Room consists of open fire place, 2 x three seater leather sofas plus single chair as well as a 47" flat screen tv with sky news, sports & movie channels plus a DVD player with a selection of movies.

Upper Floor

The upper floor offers one twin room with sea views and one double bedroom with its own private balcony, which has a spectacular 180 degree view of the sea & countryside. The two bedrooms share a separate w/c & shower room consisting of an enclosed shower, sink and bidet.

Grounds

The outside offers a large patio area with fountain, a ratten sofa & chairs plus numerous sun loungers are freely situated. Upon taking three steps down from the patio is the pool area with sun loungers and parasols all set within beautiful gardens with established trees & seasonal flowering plants that afford complete privacy alongside sea and countryside views.

To the rear of the house is another secluded patio area with a wisteria covered pergola, featured lighting, a table & chairs seating 8 persons, gas BBQ, hammock plus rattan style furniture seating four persons.

You will find plenty of parking for numerous vehicles behind the electric gates.

Should you be able to drag yourself away from the pool and stunning views the nearest beach is a mere 1.2km from the villa.

The open plan lounge/diner is well furnished and has a high vaulted ceiling and patio doors opening onto a large terrace, which in turn leads to an additional terrace and pool area. The lounge features a log fire plus electric wall heaters for those wishing to stay in the winter months too watch Sky TV or DVD or listening to music via iPod speakers. The dining area has table & chairs for the whole family with patio doors leading onto a covered terrace. All rooms have traditional wooden shutters and electric heaters for cosy winter evenings & there are 4 bedrooms, consisting of a Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower and dressing room (air con) patio doors with electric shutters opening onto small private terrace. Bedroom 2 with double bed (air con) exclusive use of family bathroom patio doors onto balcony with sea views. Bedroom 3 with double bed (air con) patio doors and juliet balcony with sea view. Bedroom 4 with twin beds (air con) with sea views & if required, there is also a sofa bed available for use.The Provencal style fitted kitchen features a new 4 ring electric hob, oven, brand new American style fridge, microwave, new dishwasher plus table and chairs. There is also a separate ground floor kitchen/utility room that has a fridge, separate freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 ring electric hob, washing machine & tumble dryer.

There are three hairdryers & a set of hair straighteners for the guests use.

For the sports minded individual, the Villa has a table tennis table and basketball net. There are several golf courses all within a 20/30 minute drive plus a small man made fishing lake is a 10 minute drive. There are also two tennis courts within the community area that can be pre booked via the local office.

The guests will be met on arrival by the local mgmt team (Dutch, English & French spoken) who explain where everything is and answer any questions you may have. They are easily contactable should any unexpected problems arise. On the day of departure the team will arrive to ensure the house has been left in good order, check for any problems as well as taking receipt of the house keys.

There is a pool alarm in situ but please note, albeit advertised as suitable for children caution must be taken by parents and guardians at all times when around the pool and surrounding area.

We do not accept either all male or female bookings unless the clients are over 30 years of age.

The bedroom air conditioning units should not be left on permantly with the room doors or windows open, otherwise, the units tend to freeze over and can take upto 48 hrs too work again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joe (the owner) a message.

If Joe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
