ST AYGULF, "feet in water" to 50 m from the sea with direct private access to the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence. Property which was that of the famous painter CAROLUS-DURAND the last century, the residence is located 200 m from shops and the Provencal market. 5 kms of Frejus, 10 km from ST RAPHAEL, 35 kms from St Tropez, 45 kms from Cannes and 69 kms from NICE (airport). The apartment consists of: - a fitted kitchen diner (convection oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker hood, various dishes) - air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed. - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and cupboards incorporated. - 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 flat screen TV 80 cms, 1 DVD player, electric heating. - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and mirror, toilet. -1 terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. This terrace provides access to a private road leading to the coastal path and the beach. Water sports on the beach of ST AYGULF are 2 minutes by car (jet skiing, sailing, canoeing, water skiing, buoy ...) Golf Roquebrune / Argens and equestrian clubs are 3 and 5 kms. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided and included in the price. Dogs (one per family) are allowed provided to ensure their cleanliness inside the apartment and outside. So calm residence to preserve. nocturnal noises to avoid.

No smoking. Respect the quiet of the residence. one animal is allowed provided to ensure cleanliness and damage both inside the apartment and also in the residence. not to let up in the chairs. If you use the air conditioning remember to close doors and windows and turn it off when you go out. Close also the electric blind when it is windy and when you leave the apartment. The apartment must be left in the state of cleanliness.

Why can't I call PASCAL (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If PASCAL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
