A spacious, modern holiday home in a Breton seaside resort just a short drive from the ferry port of St Malo and Dinard airport. Villa Armor is a great location for a family seaside holiday or comfortable base from which to explore the Emerald Coast and inland. This bright and airy property is situated in a quiet residential area behind the centre of the resort, within easy walking distance of a large sandy beach and a good range of shops and restaurants. Other beaches are within a few minutes’ drive. There is plenty to do in St Cast le Guildo; activities include golf, tennis, water sports and coastal walks all close by. Villa Armor (built in 2006) has been looked after with care and offers all the creature comforts required of a holiday property. The ample, open-plan living and dining area opens onto a sizeable, west-facing rear terrace overlooking the well-maintained garden - perfect for enjoying the late afternoon and evening sunshine. The garden is laid mainly to lawn and has plenty of room for children to play. Dinard Airport is just 23km away (regular Ryanair flights from Stansted and East Midlands) and the ferry port of St Malo only a little further, at 32km. For an out-of-season break we can arrange arrival and departure dates to coincide with flights or sailings.

Front door opening into living room with TV, DVD player, hi-fi, three-seater sofa and two armchairs. Sliding doors to small south-facing terrace on side of house. Dining area with table and chairs. Sliding doors to furnished terrace and rear garden. Stairs to first floor.

Fitted kitchen off dining area. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Laundry room with washing machine and sink.
BEDROOMS
Ground floor: Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
First floor. Bedroom 2: Spacious double bedroom, east-facing with sea glimpses. Bedroom 3: Double bedroom, east-facing with views across resort towards the sea. Bedroom 4: Spacious twin bedroom with cot, west-facing with views over rear garden.
BATHROOMS
Ground floor: En-suite shower room to Bedroom 1 with shower and hand basin. Separate wc by front door.
First floor: Bathroom with bath/shower and double hand basins. Separate wc on landing.
EXTERIOR
Spacious, well-maintained garden to front and rear (both non-enclosed). Mainly lawned and gently sloping to rear with some privacy offered by mature borders. Spacious rear terrace overlooking the garden with table, chairs and parasols. Small south -facing terrace to side. Lawned area (room for table and chairs) with borders to front. Two sun loungers and a hammock. Portable charcoal barbecue. Garage for one car plus additional parking spaces.
INCLUDED IN THE RENT
Two cots available (one a travel cot) (no high chair). Please request at the time of booking.
Cleaning included but the property must be left clean (kitchen, dishes done and put away, bins emptied and all linen put together in the utility room). Failing that a charge may apply.
OTHER CHARGES
Bed linen for hire: 10€ per bed.
Towels: 15€ for a pack of 5.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels must be ordered at the time of booking.
Water and electricity on a meter.
Holiday tax: 0.95€ per person per day.
Security deposit: 400€ payable on arrival and refunded on departure once an inventory has been made.

Changeover dates: Saturday. In low season non-Saturday arrivals/departures may be considered. Please ask for details.
Check-in on Saturday between 5pm - 8pm. Late arrivals can be arranged but must be requested at least a month in advance.
