To rent, with the night, the weekend or the week between Vignes and Sea .... 50m2 apartment in the DRC in the villa owners. Classified village charm, residential north of Montpellier. Under the pine trees and the chirping of cicadas, you will find peace and rest. 10x5 heated pool with deck and arbor that you can use at your leisure. You can also use the BBQ by the pool. The sea is 15km, 10km of lakes around the Pic Saint Loup behind and gorges of the Hérault with its 45km downhill canoe ..... There is a bedroom with 2 electric 80x200 beds but that can be compared to a double bed. In the living room sofa bed very easy to open and close for 2 people. I provide sheets and towels shower and commodities for breakfast (tea, coffee, sugar, chocolate)

We have a relatively large plot (2500m2) but we can not accept large parties with neighbors. By cons evenings for tenants (and guests) even with background music no worries. For smokers, they can easily smoke outside the apartment. Kindly sharing the pool with our guests, we appreciate they ask permission before inviting foreign persons for hire.

Desolee de votre commentaire!! Je vous ai dit qu'en principe on ne loue pas l'hiver et au printemps nous faisons le grand menage et réparations . La douche est tres propre mais il y a une usure du carrelage en galets et j'ai demandé à un carreleur de refaire mais vous êtes arrivés avant. Je vous fais quand même remarquer que je vous ai fournis draps et serviettes et je ne vous ai pas compte le menage qui si vous regardez le site est de 70€. Je suis très attentive au menage et vos commentaires me blessent et le frigo était propre desolee, je passe la javel A chaque fois. Alors ???? En plus je ne vous ai pas compte le bibelot que vous avez cassé, ni le chauffage que d'autres proprietaires comptent.

How do damage deposits work?

If Catherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
