Bienvenue au Gîte SO'délices, une charmante résidence de vacances nichée dans un cadre champêtre à Saint-Etienne-du-Bois, en Vendée. Autrefois une ferme typiquement vendéenne, notre maison et ses dépendances ont été rénovées pour offrir un havre de paix à ceux qui cherchent une échappée reposante. Idéale pour des retrouvailles entre amis ou en famille, notre location peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 à 15 personnes grâce à ses espaces modulables.

Situé à la campagne, notre gîte offre un cadre propice au repos et à l'évasion, où vous pourrez savourer la douceur de vivre dans un environnement authentique. Notre maison est dotée de tout le confort moderne, avec des pièces de vie lumineuses, un salon-bibliothèque pour se détendre, cinq chambres confortables avec leurs propres salles d'eau, ainsi qu'une salle de jeux pour divertir les plus jeunes.

Pour votre bien-être, nous mettons à votre disposition un espace détente équipé d'un spa jacuzzi en intérieur, idéal pour se relaxer après une journée bien remplie à explorer les environs.

    Amazing property with a very helpful host. We had a lovely holiday in the vendee...it was close to the lake and a short ride from the beach. We would definitely return!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Sophie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
