Everything is there ... In a beautiful tropical park, you will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool of 1000 m2 infinity (the largest pool of Guadeloupe), a children's pool, stunning views on Marie Galante, a beautiful private sandy beach, on the edge of a lagoon, where you will find a few parasols and deckchairs and where with simple masks and snorkels you and your children will see beautiful tropical fish.

For most athletes ... A tennis courts overlooking the sea. A mini-golf and even a bowling green for petanque games with friends. Located between Saint Francis and Saint Anne, this little corner of paradise awaits you for a pleasant stay for two, with friends or family

Our studios were renovated in 2015. They are fully furnished and equipped for 4 people (ideally a couple and 2 children). The sleeping area, air conditioned, consists of 1 bed 140 * 190 and 2 beds 70 * 190 foldable ottomans or sofa. A flat-screen TV is also available in this room part. The dining area is located on the terrace / balcony. It consists of a kitchen area with a ceramic hob with 2 burners, a Senseo coffee machine, a washing machine, fridge / freezer, table, 4 chairs and all the crockery for a family of 4. Natural ventilation of the terrace is enhanced by a ceiling fan. The linens (towels, sheets, towels) is provided. Optionally you can request that the beach towels are also available so you save weight and space in your luggage. Bathroom with bath / shower, basin and toilet.

Each of the studios is IDEAL for a couple or a family with 2 children. Both studios are located in the Bougainvillea building in the wing closest to the pool.

Both studios are PERFECT for families or friends traveling together. They are on the same floor, just meters from each other and arranged in the same way.

Coming to Guadeloupe, you will therefore face environmental constraints of this island paradise.

Among these constraints the most surprising is the lack of water ... In Guadeloupe, the water crisis is "serious". The problem has lasted for more than 30 years and affects the entire territory.

In the overwhelming majority of Guadeloupe, turn the tap is useless. To compensate for an out-of-service distribution network, cuts are organized in "water tower", a calendar supposed to feed the communities alternately and allow residents to organize their lives according to the hour of the cuts, which last from 12 to 24 hours. In addition to these water towers, there are also unpredictable cuts. So each household organizes its reserves, dozens of plastic bottles stored in every room of the house.

Bonsoir Vincent et Sophie Merci pour ce sympathique commentaire. Notre objectif étant de mettre à votre disposition un logement vous permettant de passer un bon séjour dans les meilleures conditions possibles, nous sommes toujours contents lorsque cet objectif est atteint. Concernant les options, il faut savoir que nous sommes très peu à proposer ces options sur la résidence. En effet, le principe de la résidence étant de louer des studios totalement indépendants et autonomes, les locataires sont sensés y vivre comme ils le feraient chez eux, et non pas comme s'ils étaient à l'hôtel. Tout le matériel de maison est fourni (vaisselle, électroménager, etc…) ainsi que tout le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de bain, torchon, etc…). Concernant les serviettes de plage, la plupart des propriétaires laissent leurs locataires amener les leurs. Des transats, sont proposés gratuitement à la piscine et sont en location par un prestataire de services sur la plage. Nous n’avons donc normalement pas besoin d’en fournir. Malheureusement tout le monde n’étant pas « civilisé » certaines personnes se permettent de réserver toute la journée des transats à la piscine en y posant leurs serviettes, même s’ils n’y vont pas... juste au cas où ils auraient envie d’y aller dans la journée. De ce fait ils bloquent les transats pour ceux qui y vont réellement. Quant aux transats en location sur la plage… il faut bien évidemment les louer à chaque fois qu’on veut s’en servir, ce qui peut commencer à représenter un petit budget en fin de séjour. Ces 2 options ont été mises en place à la demande de nos locataires qui y voient un moyen de gagner de la place dans leurs valises (pour les serviettes) et d’économiser des sous en évitant une location systématique de transats. Cela leur permet également de ne pas se poser de question quant à la disponibilité des transats en étant totalement autonome de ce côté-ci également. Ces options ne sont pas destinées à nous faire gagner de l’argent, mais seulement à autofinancer le remplacement du matériel. En effet les serviettes et les transats s’usent très vite de par le climat, mais aussi de par le fait que certains locataires n’en prennent pas soin. Il nous faut donc les remplacer 3 à 4 fois par an. Je vous rappelle que le coût de l’option serviette est seulement de 5 € et le transat est à 10 € et ceci pour toute la durée du séjour… vous pouvez comparer avec le prix d’une serviette de plage et celui d’une location à l’heure fait sur la plage par exemple ;) Amusez-vous également lors de votre prochain séjour en Guadeloupe à regarder les prix auxquels sont vendues les serviettes de plage et les transats ici, vous serez certainement surpris :) En espérant vous recevoir lors d'un prochain séjour. Why can't I call HUGOT (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send HUGOT (the owner) a message.

If HUGOT (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
