Appartement de 75 m2 tout confort avec une possibilité de 6 couchages, situé dans la résidence Crystal Beach et avec vue sur le parc et la mer. L'appartement dispose d'une citerne d'eau de 600 litres permettant d'être autonome vis à vis des coupures d'eau.

Séjour de 7 jours minimum en haute saison.

La résidence Crystal Beach est une résidence de standing sécurisée, bénéficiant de vastes espaces verts, de deux piscines (dont l'une pour les jeunes enfants) et d’ un accès direct à la plage des raisins clairs. Elle est située non loin du centre de la ville de Saint-François, du marché nocturne, des ports de pêche et de plaisance et des départs pour les îles.

Les chambres sont climatisées, la cuisine est équipée et ouverte sur le salon. Accès gratuit au Wi-fi collectif

Des courts de tennis sont à l'entrée de la résidence, le golf et un aérodrome se situent à 5mn en voiture.

Bonjour Merci pour votre commentaire Effectivement les coupures d'eau sont plus nombreuses depuis décembre, dues au réseau vieillissant et aux nombreux touristes à cette période. Nous en sommes vraiment désolés et étudions une solution alternative pour être plus autonomes vis çà vis de la compagnie d'eau. Florence

Why can't I call FLORENCE (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send FLORENCE (the owner) a message.

If FLORENCE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
