From the owner

Spread over three levels, this large terraced house can comfortably accommodate 12 people in 4 beautiful double bedrooms and a dormitory for young holidaymakers (or adults). The living space consists of a cozy living room where sits a sublime suspended fireplace. This first level, where the home cinema and the games room are also located, opens on the terrace and the garden by elegant bay windows. You can enjoy your meal prepared in the summer kitchen consisting of a plancha for barbecues, relax under the beautiful shade sail after pleasant moments of relaxation in the swim spa against the current or the Jacuzzi. Four bedrooms are on the second level: two with double beds and two with Italian beds, which can be prepared as a double bed or two single beds, depending on your preference. Each room has a television screen and plenty of storage space. You will also find a large bathroom with a double vanity, a bathtub and a shower. The children's dormitory is on the third level, designed in a loft spirit: you will find 4 single beds separated by a shower room, as well as a fitness area and a games room, with television and video game consoles.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Thibaut (the owner) a message.

If Thibaut (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
