From the owner

Domaine de la Clauzade is able to accommodate groups of 2 to 25 people by combining the two buildings for accommodation. A reception room is also available on site. It allows to sit 40 people at the table. You will find below the description of the two accommodation buildings as well as the room and its annexes. 1) Large capacity Gite In one of the old barns of the Domaine, a cottage has been renovated in 2017. It is a cottage of great comfort labeled "furnished 4-star tourism" and meets the standards of the label "Tourism and handicap "for motor handicaps (ground floor only), visual, auditory and mental. The building is composed on the ground floor of a separate bedroom (which can be rented with the rest of the cottage or independently) with its own bathroom, an open kitchen and a large dining room / lounge including a wood stove, a large screen TV and a upright piano (tuned). On the floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The attic is also furnished with a large playroom and a bedroom. Thus the cottage has a capacity of 8 to 14 people depending on whether you rent the room or autonomous down. There is also a large terrace not overlooked (beautiful view of the countryside, facing sunset) accessible from the kitchen and dining room. 2) Guest house This second cottage is actually the guest house in which are located our 4 guest rooms and we offer occasionally rental in version "cottage". It is thus made up of the 4 rooms of which you can see the detailed description here, in addition to the kitchen / dining room. Depending on the composition of the rooms the cottage can accommodate up to 12 people but it is optimal for up to 10 people in relation to the size of the dining room, if it is rented alone. 3) Reception building This third building was renovated at the end of 2018, it will be accessible from April 2019. It is also an old barn of the Estate. Part of this building is not accessible to the public because used as a place of storage of material. For the public part, you will have access to: * A reception room of 54 m2 with tables and chairs available for up to 40 people. The room has a large bay window exploded to the west and overlooking an uninhabited valley (sunset view). With its stone wall, the authenticity of this old barn could be preserved. * A professional kitchen with HACPP standards of 22 m2 with all the necessary equipment, to cook yourself or to host a caterer * A living room of 18 m2 can be used at your convenience as a mini meeting room, a place or install the young children during the party, a relaxation area, aperitif or coffee ... in short a place adapted to all your desires! * A sanitary space * A terrace of 30 m2 with west-facing view, and having an outdoor spa for 3 people (accessible with or without supplement depending on your rental formula) All of these spaces is to accessibility standards PMR 4) Outdoor areas The entire Domaine Park (2.3 ha) has been designed to make your stay as pleasant and Zen as possible. It is organized around several areas. * A large car park at the entrance to the estate * An area reserved for accommodation and catering * A fish pond of 5,000 m2, around which you can fish, walk or land to watch wild ducks, herons or martins fishermen. * A wooded meadow where spend or stay jays, magpies, tits, pic-green squirrels, woodpeckers, buzzards and sometimes even deer. A living wicker cabin lets you enjoy all of this in the shade. * A play area for children with a swing * A petanque court * An orchard * A large vegetable garden * Unmanaged areas, more wild, to let plants and animals live as they please You choose where you will ask the deckchairs available to you! But no matter where you choose, you will only see nature since no home other than ours is located nearby!
