Authentic farmhouse dating from 1776, fully renovated, located near the beach Goh Velin, near the center of the typical town of Saint Gildas de Rhuys and the Gulf of Morbihan on the peninsula Rhuys. Its old stones, its thick walls, masterful beams in the living room will charm you. Coastal paths, bike path outside the house. 150m2, ground floor and first floor, 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms, 10 people. The Keraudren-Rhuys house, our family farmhouse of 150 m2 has 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living room of 66m2 on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge area, a veranda of 15 m2 overlooking the fenced garden of 300 m2. Completely restored in 2016 with care, decorated with care, our farmhouse is fully equipped. We wanted to emphasize the space, the light, the warmth of wood with his masterful beams in the living room and keep the authenticity of the stone walls and lime of this house built in the eighteenth century. The enclosed garden of 300 m2 where you can have a barbecue is a haven of peace with its apple trees, his hazel and hydrangeas. Barbecue, garden furniture. WIFI Internet access in the home. A haven of peace in the ocean! Only the birds and the sound of waves in the distance you wake up in the morning ... The arrival and departure times can be flexible. We provide you with bed sheets and duvets and all the essentials to enjoy your stay quickly (bath mats, a few rolls of toilet paper, cleaning products, condiments, etc.). You must bring your own towels and bath towels. We take great care of our house and do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We expect in return that you make us the house in perfect condition. Our house was completely restored in 2016 with great care: stone walls and lime, conservation massive beamed living room, double glazed aluminum joinery, natural stone floor, etc. Our home is fully and strictly non smoking. Smokers can of course smoke in the garden. Pets are not allowed. electrical package included: 5 kWh / day / person (including children - except baby) Package included water: 100 liters / day / person (including children - except baby) These packages are largely sufficient for normal use. Excluding summer stays of 2 nights and weekend possible.
