Welcome to our place! A contemporary Loft in a super secured, loft condominium. Few minutes walk to Gare du Midi (Thalys/Eurostar station) and few minutes walk to historic center (Grand Place/Manneken Pis etc…)

The Loft is approx. 115 SQM with a nice terrace of 17 SQM. Overall, there are two bedrooms, one design bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room with a very nice TERRACE. The terrace is accessible from the living room.

Most probably the best choice for your stay in Brussels.

The Loft is very quiet and very modern, new accommodation, with all you needs to have a great time. The Loft is based in a great loft condominium with very strong focus on comfort and safety (there are 2 gates with badge control to enter the site).

Bed linen and towels provided. Iron and Iron board available in the Loft.

Inspiring brochures and several books about the best of Brussels and surrounding cities are at your disposal.

The bathroom is equipped with Italian tiles and top quality shower. In addition, we make available to you soaps, shampoo as well as a hair dryer.

Very central part of the city. Close to everything, incl. main public transportation lines. Weekly Sunday market in front of the door offers great deals on food of both local and more exotic sellers. There are many restaurants around. Next door is a convenience store (open till late in the evening) where you can find close to everything. Bakeries, butchers, fish shops, grocery shops etc…

You will find also public transports: Thalys/Eurotars (5 Min walk), Subway (5 min walk).

With fast trains to Paris (1h22min), Koln (1h47) , London (2h), Amsterdam (1h49) ... a perfect location for business & leisure travel.

Why can't I call Michèle (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michèle (the owner) a message.

If Michèle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
