Face au soleil couchant sur l'Océan Indien, à 150m de la plage surveillée de Boucan Canot, cette charmante villa se situe dans un beau jardin tropical avec vue sur l'Océan. Un environnement calme et spacieux font de cette nature émeraude un bel idéal pour les vacances.

Proche de tous commerces et activités de la station balnéaire de Saint Gilles.

Soleil, sports nautiques, vie nocturne assurés tout au long de l'année, point de départ des plus belles randonnées de l'île.

La villa est dans une résidence spacieuse qui est à 3 minutes à pied de la plage. Son altitude de 25 mètres permet une vue sur l'Océan et l'observation des baleines de mi-mai à mi-octobre.

Le long de l'allée piétonne en bordure de plage, plusieurs restaurants et bars sympathiques animent le quartier.

    Je confirme que la maison est inadaptée pour recevoir une trentaine d'invités supplémentaires, survoltés par les fêtes de fin d'année et les boissons alcoolisées. Heureusement le propriétaire était exceptionnellement sur place et à pu gérer les conflits musclés entre certains jeunes adolescents. La casse (statuette, cadre et tableau, 2 fauteuils en rotin), le désordre et la saleté furent malheureusement à déplorer.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laurent (the owner) a message.

    If Laurent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
