Welcome to the Lincoln Room at the historic Vineyard Mansion. The Vineyard Mansion property was built in 1890, by the famed architectural firm of Eckel and Mann, for B. R. Vineyard, who was a prominent attorney in St. Joseph, MO. Although divided into apartments in the 1940s, it has been meticulously restored to its original use and we are now ready to welcome guests.
The Lincoln Room features an intricately carved, queen-size, canopy bed, a stately fireplace, and en suite bath with antique, pedestal-style sink. There is also a cozy seating area tucked under the cheerfully-lit bay windows.
Guests booking now enjoy discounted rates, as we are still restoring some sections of the property. So you will not only get to pocket some savings, but you will also get to see a bit of the restoration process, in action.
