The comfortable L-shaped couch, along with a flat-screen TV, provides the perfect space for relaxing nights in. The living area leads to a sunny balcony with lovely sea views and a 6-seat table for outdoor eating. All the living areas are finished with cozy parquet flooring.
The apartment is spread over two floors, with a master bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs, both sharing a family bathroom. On the lower floor, there are two more twin bedrooms, another family bathroom, and a spacious living/dining area. All the rooms are very spacious, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet and cable TV are included. Located just a few minutes away from the St Julians promenade, this apartment is perfectly situated to take advantage of the shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, daily cruise ships around Malta, and ferry boats to the capital city Valletta.
The promenade is ideal for walking or jogging and offers a great area to relax and enjoy the stunning panorama, with boats passing by.

St Julians was once a quiet fishing village, but now it has developed into a thriving town, spreading all around St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, and Balluta Bay. However, the roads leading to the town proper remain largely untouched, with some of the best-preserved areas located in the Balluta Bay region. The bay itself is still home to several old boat houses belonging to the fishermen, and some have been converted into quiet and romantic restaurants.
The promenade on the other side of the bay is very popular and goes all the way to Sliema and beyond, ideal for an evening stroll or sitting at a bar or café and people watching. A bus stop is located just a few meters away from the apartment, and no car is necessary, as the apartment is within walking distance of all amenities. However, for those of you who choose to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and neighboring areas.
Please note that the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00 pm, and check-out is at 10.00 am. However, if there are no arrivals on the same day, the apartment can be kept for longer. The weekly price includes basic utilities, such as 100KWh for a 1-bedroom apartment.
