The Bungalows are part of the Christophe Harbour master development in the stunning and secluded Southeast Peninsula of St Kitts characterized by a hilly topography with amazing views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. The bungalow is the one with the best view of only 4 secluded luxurious Oceanfront Bungalows at Sandy Bank Bay built right on the beach. The bungalows are among the newest, and definitely the most luxurious, of the hospitality offerings on St. Kitts which has a surprising lack of major resort developments for a Caribbean island. Architect John Haley, who designed the Bungalows, earned for these the Award for Best Traditional Use of Wood at the Southeast Design Awards, held in Atlanta.

The Bungalow was relocated in 2014 from its previous location at Turtle Beach to Sandy Bank Bay at Christophe Harbour and has been totally renovated in 2014 and June 2023.The bungalow experience is taken to new heights at Sandy Bank Bay, an improved location with its dramatic crescent-shaped bay with two reefs and a natural sand bank. It is a marine preserve that allows no motorized watercrafts. These quiet sands are often visited by leatherback turtles who nest here from March to late July. The Bungalow is located just a few steps to The Pavilion Beach Club, an exclusive private membership club where our guests enjoy full privileges, including dining, room service, tennis, pool, non motorized watersports, and bar facilities. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wil (the owner) a message.

If Wil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
