The Villa Cocoon is a superb villa 133 m2, classified 4 stars by the Committee Martinique rental furnished flats, Penthouse, recent, very comfortable for 10 people, very zen decorating, combining the charm of the rollers and the softness of the driftwood, with 5 bedrooms, a lovely bungalow, a tropical garden planted with bananas, coconut palms and other tropical species, and a huge terrace with a superb view over the sea that you inspire relaxation and gentle way of life.

The villa is located in a very quiet and well-ventilated Sainte Luce (less mosquitoes and sea). Ideally placed to visit Martinique and enjoy the beautiful beaches of white sand less than 5 minutes (3.5 km) from Anse Mabouya, Corps de Garde, large grapes, Cove fig tree.. .and on the route of the salt marshes. Shops and restaurants are also nearby.

Villa Cocoon offers a private sans vis à vis of 7mx3m50 pool, a huge deck wooden of 110 m2 which you can admire the incredible views 180 ° on the Caribbean Sea, the famous 'reclining woman', the rock of the diamond and on plantations of sugarcane of the rum distillery and of the three rivers.

Sunbathing are at your disposal, a set of very comfortable outdoor lounge, as well as an outdoor shower with hot water.

Enjoy space shaded and ventilated under the terrace to dine and lounge to enjoy a drink with friends.

The fully equipped kitchen and lounge are open on the terrace and face this incredible view.

The property consists of: in the House, 4 bedrooms all air-conditioned and tastefully decorated:-the parental suite in shades of grey, Pebble and Driftwood has a four-poster bamboo 160 x 200, a dressing, a bathroom with private toilet shower Italian and a safe box fort.

-the 2nd bedroom, in shades pink and fuchsia with 2 beds 90 x 200 or large bed 180 x 200 with a dressing room also.

-the 3rd bedroom, turquoise giving poolside with a bed 160 x 200 and a dressing room.

-then the 4 th bedroom with its various hues of Navy Blue and silver color with 2 beds 90 x 200 or 180 x 200 and dressing.

-a bathroom with wc, Italian shower and roll to the ground - one 3rd wc for guests is also behind this release not far from the living room - a very spacious, you can enjoy the pleasant ventilation. TV has flat screen TV, DVD, HIFI. Internet access is free (wifi).

In the Appendix, you will have a very romantic air conditioned bungalow/carbet located near the swimming pool and open on the sea view, 5 th bedroom with bed 160 x 200 and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

We attach great importance to the reception of guests, it is done by a local person warm and endearing.

The villa is maintained by a staff of quality: gardener and a piscinist.

Sheets and towels are provided except pool towels.
