Welcome to our charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with front

and back balconies, located just a short stroll from all amenities in

the heart of Saint Paul's Bay. This property is perfect for couples,

families, and solo travelers seeking a comfortable and friendly

atmosphere.

Our block of newly built rental apartments is located in a quiet

residential street just a stone's throw away from the bustling Bugibba

centre, where you'll find an array of shops, bars, and restaurants.

Take a leisurely stroll down to the promenade, which takes you along

the picturesque coast of St. Paul's Bay, Bugibba, and Qawra.

Inside the apartment, you'll find an open plan kitchen/living/dining

area leading to a front balcony with street views. The fully equipped

kitchen has a gas hob with an electric oven, microwave, and dining

table for four. Relax on the comfortable couch and watch LED TV with

full cable programs. Both bedrooms and the living room are fully

air-conditioned for your comfort.

The master bedroom features a double bed, while the twin bedroom has an

en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle. There's also a full

family bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a box room with a

washing machine. The back balcony overlooks the private gardens of

neighboring properties and offers a sunny and airy space to unwind.

A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the property. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity.
