This lovely two bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St Paul's Bay. The view from the balcony is enchanting! Apartment is also fully air-conditioned.

The apartment is brand new, served by lift and located directly on the seafront. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the spectacular bay of St Paul's, which is characterized by the traditional colourful Maltese fishing boats called the 'luzzu'.

The partment is fully equipped, highly finished and furnished. It has two bedrooms, a shower and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery, and dishes.

In the living room, there is a nice sofa and satellite television with over 1,250 channels to choose from! In the apartment, there are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. Fans in all the rooms.

You can enjoy dinner in the dining room whilst overlooking the bay and pink sunsets. Very romantic!

70sqm, seafront balcony 1.0m x 3.3m, 1st floor with lift, 5 low steps at the building entrance, 2 bedrooms (with twin beds), shower room, extra bed present in the living room, and sofa beds.

Fast and unlimited WiFi internet and digital TV - IPTV (with several different international channels) are provided, free of charge.

Well equipped kitchen including Electric oven, microwave, toaster, Percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer, etc.

Hair Dryer, iron and ironing board and Washing machine.

Cots and highchairs are available on request.

Apartment is also fully air-conditioned.

Fans are provided in each room.

A big gas heater is also provided in Winter.

Towels and bed sheets are provided.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:

These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.

The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.

The apartment has insect screens so you can leave the apartment open to get the most of the sea breeze, which normally is enough. Four fans will keep you cool in the hottest days. Indeed apartment is located right on the seafront and the views are breathtaking as in the pictures. yes, in the rush hours busses can get full up easily. For the beds we provide semi orthopedic mattresses however offer our guests to contact us if they like harder or softer mattresses. We have a store with extra items like pillows and mattresses since we have several apartments in the area. So when the guests require harder or softer mattresses or anything extra, we will replace within 24hrs. guests can reach out to us at any point during their stay by means of email, 24 hrs mobile phone and our 24hrs what s app service. We are here to ensure that they have a nice stay with us. For the water, yes, Malta is a small island with no natural water resources. We generate our water by reserve osmosis and for this reason the pressure all over Malta is on the low side. We look forward to host you again some other day! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
