Dans la campagne de ST PIERRE, à 10 minutes, MONT VERT LES BAS ,lieu de séjour de vos vacances vous procurera calme et repos dans une nature luxuriante mais c'est aussi à la porte du grand sud sauvage, les cotes sous le vent, le volcan, le cirque de CILAOS, ENTRE-DEUX village typique ,la grande plage de GRAND BOIS, PETITE ILE, le bassin de MANAPANY,...

Seulement deux chalets sur 2300 M2 de terrain c'est un choix volontaire de tranquillité et bien-être .

Amoureux des animaux, la preuve nous avons recueilli 3 chiens ( 2 royal bourbon, 1 malinois) et 2 chats qui sont très heureux en liberté dans la propriété et choyé par nos amis les vacanciers, mais nous préférons éviter les conflits avec leurs congénères, aussi nous n'acceptons pas d'autres animaux

Les chalets se composent d'une chambre avec un lit de 140, d'un salon salle à manger avec un canapé clic clac, télévision, salle de bain , toilette, ventilateur plafond, cuisine équipée, terrasse avec coin repas et vue mer-montagne, le tout sur 47 M2 dont 15 M2 de varangue .

Seule l'approche intérieure change dans les chalets:

- chalet BLEU équipement sympa 320€/semaine

- chalet JAUNE équipement plus luxueux 350€/semaine

Une SALLE WIFI a été aménagé.

Vue superbe sur l'océan et la montagne dans un parc à la végétation et aux palmiers extraordinaires sans oublier les goyaviers, les papayers, le poivrier, le caféier, le cerisier pays,...

Vous aurez le temps de découvrir tout cela en profitant de la piscine au sel partagée avec le couple de propriétaire ou de votre petit coin de jardin sympa avec vue imprenable auprès d'un BBQ qui invite à la grillade...

Le linge de maison est fourni et sera changé chaque semaine .

NOUVEAU : MACHINE A LAVER ET COIN REPASSAGE

Votre location peut débuter de n'importe quel jour de la semaine mais avec une durée minimale d'une semaine soit 07 nuits.

L'arrivée se fait à partir de 15h00 et le jour du départ le meublé doit être libéré pour 11h00.

We are available to our tenants, because we live on site. Maps and books for hiking Reunion are available. There is also a library. A swimming pool to relax after a good walk. Private parking space. Nice little walking to do, Piton Mont Vert, which is right behind the property.
