Saint Raphaël. Furnished apartment on the top floor, very quiet, feet in water with an exceptional panoramic view. In a prestigious residence, with lift, you will be captivated by the panoramic views of the port Santa Lucia and the Bay of Saint Raphael up to the Bay of Saint Tropez.

Close to the apartment, from 50 metres, you will find very many coves away from the crowds of the sandy beaches, looking a bit, you'll find exception sites. If sandy beaches attract you, you will find very beautiful, private or public in downtown at 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.

The residence, with its vast solarium swimming pool is very nice. There is a superb ambience or adult, teenager or our younger make meetings, Exchange and if the magic takes, this place can become a point of attraction uneven. It is common to the night, our teenagers are found on the solarium to remake the world, this is very reassuring for parents the residence being closed.

The residence is on the port of Santa Lucia or you find very many restaurants and bars. You will also appreciate its many shops, bakery, supermarket, walking from newspapers and other stores.

You are located 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes walk from the train station and downtown or you will still find of numerous restaurants, bars and nightlife. But also, everything you need such as shops, cinemas and other facilities. Saint Raphael is a privileged holiday destination, activities are abundant.

The apartment has 100 m2 living space with a large dining - living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, separate wc, each piece is very bright with large windows. Everything is in good condition. Balconies bypass the apartment on three directions. We used to take the meals on the balcony where you will find table and chairs.

It is ideal for a couple with two or three children, you have a great parental bedroom with double bed (2 m), a bedroom with two bunk beds, a double bed has been installed under the giving stairs on the terrace (corner for young lovers), in the living room you also have a sofa bed that can be used as an extra.

Upstairs you will access private 106 m2 of panoramic terraces, the view is just amazing on the Bay of Saint Raphael, coves and the port, the days of fireworks (all Fridays in summer) you will have a point of view that many you will envy. With the apartment you have a private parking space.

Nearby you will find the Golf de Valescure (18 holes) at 10 mm car, many tennis courts, possibility of horse riding and of course many sport nautique and full of something else. A little further you have Cannes 40 km, airport of Nices 64 km, and Monte Carlo to 90 km.

Near the apartment, 50 meters, you will find very numerous creeks far from the crowd of sandy beaches; you will find by yourself rentals of exception. The swimming pool of the residence, with its very vast solarium, is very pleasant. It reigns there has magnificent atmosphere or adult, teenager or our youngest meet, exchanges and if the magic takes, this place can become an unequalled point of attraction. It is frequent that at nightfall, our teenagers find themselves on the solarium to change the world, it is very reassuring for the parents the residence being enclosed.

The residence is on the port of Santa Lucia where you will find very numerous restaurants and bars. You will also appreciate its numerous shops, bakery, supermarket, newspapers and other stores.

You are situated in 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes in feet, of the railway station and from down town where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and night-life. Also, all that you need as stores, cinemas and other facilities. Saint Raphael is a destination of privileged vacancy, the activities are plentiful.

The apartment has 100 m2 with a big dining room, two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilets. every room is very bright with big flat glass windows. The whole is in good condition. By-pass the apartment balconies on three directions. We are used to taking all the meals on balconies where you will find chairs and table. It is ideal for a couple with two or three children, you have a big parental room with king bed, a bedroom with two single beds, double bed was installed under the staircase giving onto the terrace (corner for young lover), in the lounge you also have a sofa bed which can serve for kids.

On the next floor up you will have access 106 m2 of terraces panoramic suite, the view is just astonishing it Saint Raphael's bay, Creek and port, in the daytime of fireworks (every Friday in summer) you will have a point of view which numerous will envy you. With the apartment, you have a private parking space.

Nearby you will find the golf course of Valescure (18 holes) in 10 mm by car, numerous tennis courts, possibility of going horse-riding and naturally numerous sport water and full of something else. You have Cannes 40 km, the airport of Nice in 64 km, and Monte Carlo in 90 km.
