Venez découvrir notre petit havre de paix au cœur des montagnes d'Ardèche. Vous profiterez d'une vue exceptionnelle depuis la maison et le jardin aménagé sur d'anciennes terrasses, typiques de la région. Vous découvrirez les nombreux sentiers de randonnée et pourrez arpenter, à vélo, la Dolce Via. La chambre "cabane", avec vue, vous attend également...

Le logement

Pendant cette période de crise sanitaire, la maison sera entièrement désinfectée avant chaque arrivée (y compris les serviettes et le linge de lit).

Pour votre sécurité et celle de vos proches, nous vous proposons une arrivée autonome (clés cachées). Un itinéraire, en photos, vous sera envoyé et nous resterons disponibles au téléphone pour vous orienter au besoin.

A l’intérieur, la maison d’une surface d'environ 60m2 est distribuée sur deux niveaux. Le rez-de-chaussée, avec vue, donne également sur la terrasse. Il s'agit d'une pièce à vivre de 27m2 qui comprend un coin cuisine, repas et bar, un espace salon doté d’un canapé 3 places très confortable, à laquelle s’ajoute une salle de bain (douche grande cabine, vasque et wc). Les hôtes ont a leur disposition une TV-DVD écran plat, un poêle à bois, des livres, jeux de société et des informations touristiques. La cuisine n’est pas intégrée mais dispose de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner : four traditionnel, plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur-congélateur, grille pain, cafetière, bouilloire...

A l’étage, les hôtes bénéficient de deux chambres de 15m2 environ chacune. La chambre verte, coté jardin, est équipée de deux lits simples de 90cm (dont un lit "tiroir") et d’un bureau. La « cabane », deuxième chambre de la maison, dispose d’un lit double (140) et d’une vue imprenable sur toute la vallée. Les deux chambres sont équipées de rangements.

Pour votre confort, linge de cuisine, de toilette et draps sont fournis et 4 chauffages électriques sont installés. Une machine à laver est à la disposition des hôtes dans la cave de la maison.

A l’extérieur, la terrasse de 30m2 dispose de deux transats, d’un barbecue, d’une table pour prendre vos repas dehors au soleil et d’un parasol pour vous en abriter. Vous pourrez vous servir de nos plantes aromatiques (verveine, thym, romarin, sauge…).

Accès des voyageurs

Nous préférons ne pas conseiller notre logement à des parents avec de jeunes enfants. Si le jardin en "terrasses" participe au charme typique de la région, il nous semble peu adapté à la sécurité de vos tout-petits. Pour les mêmes raisons, le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Enfin, il existe une pente de quelques mètres entre le lieu de stationnement et le portillon d'accès à la maison.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fabien (the owner) a message.

If Fabien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
