Welcome.

We have created a child-friendly gîte complex (4 gîtes) and a chambre d'hôte with facilities for our less able guests

• Classified as 3 star Meublé de Tourisme

• We can comfortably accommodate 21 guests

• In our Grande Salle we have the facility to hold functions ranging from family get-togethers, anniversaries, golfing weeks, business seminars

• All gîtes are fully insulated with electric radiators in every room

• Free wifi in gîte, garden and poolside

• We also run Papillon école de langue chez nous. We have a large classroom with wifi and a large screen so you can brush up your French or English

Myosotis is a one bedroom gîte with an en suite bathroom. It has exposed timberwork in the ground floor living area and an exposed stone wall in the bedroom. The colours of the woodwork give the living space a warm feeling. At the front is a private south westerly terrace with dining table and chairs and a BBQ.

Ground floor:

• Open plan living and dining area (20.5m2) with a large, comfortable, two seater sofa and an armchair. Also dining table and chairs

• Colour TV with satellite and DVD player

• The fully fitted kitchen (6.5m2) is in a separate room off the dining area

An open tread staircase leads to the first floor.

• The bedroom (12m2) has a double bed, large wardrobe and a chest of drawers

• The bed has a foam mattresses, anti allergy duvets and pillows

• The en suite bathroom (5.25m2) has a shower (100x80cms), wash basin with vanity unit, mirror and WC.

Elsewhere:

• There is a communal laundry with two washing machines, iron and ironing boards

• A library with books for all ages (both English and French), DVDs, again in both languages and a selection of games. Tourist leaflets & maps

• Our Salle de Jeux (42m2) includes a table tennis table and table football along with other indoor and outdoor games for all ages

• 50m2 enclosed, covered & secure toddlers play area with swing, slide, playhouse, sand pit etc

Swimming pool:

• A heated salt water swimming pool (11mx5m) wrapped around by a large terrace

• Fully fenced with a security gate and a rigid cover

• A large pavilion (7mx4m) to one side giving shade from the sun

• Toilet and baby changing area within one of the poolside cabanes

• A selection of sun loungers and chairs

• WC and shower

In the garden:

• A large swing and slide combination

• 3.5m trampoline

• Swingball

• Terrain de boule

• Short tennis and other garden games

Why can't I call Tim (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Tim (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tim (the owner) a message.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
