Le studio :

Superficie totale de 30 m2, avec une des plus belle vue sur la mer du Domaine Caritan.

Il est prévu pour accueillir 4 personnes plus 1 bébé.

Il est équipé d'un lit double 160 cm, d'un clic clac 140 cm, d'une TV écran plat et d'une grande armoire ou vous trouverez table et fer à repasser, coffre fort ainsi qu'un lit parapluie bébé avec matelas (draps non fournis pour bébé).

Une salle d'eau avec douche équipée d'une colonne, lavabo, miroir, sèche cheveux et WC.

Pour profiter pleinement de cette vue sur la baie de Sainte Anne, du Rocher du Diamant et de la femme couchée, accédez à la terrasse en ouvrant la grande baie vitrée.

Spacieuse et équipée d'un ventilateur de plafond, vous pourrez y manger sans vous gêner.

A droite de la terrasse, une cuisine fermée toute équipée, avec évier, plaque vitrocéramique, grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain et four micro-ondes.

Un large inventaire de vaisselle est disponible.

Draps de lit, torchons, serviettes de toilette et tapis de sol pour la salle d'eau sont fournis.

Un lave linge est également disponible.

Une connexion wifi gratuite.

Parking sécurisé avec digicode gratuit.

Localisation :

Situé à l'extrême sud de la Martinique, Sainte-Anne présente de nombreuses plages bordées de cocotiers, dont la célèbre plage des Salines.

Notre studio "Haut de Caritan" est situé dans une petite résidence, elle même implantée sur le Domaine Caritan.

La plage Caritan est située à seulement 150 mètres.

Le studio est à 10 minutes à pied (800 m) du centre village de Sainte-Anne, vous pourrez profiter de son marché, de ses commerces et de ses quelques bons restaurants.

Why can't I call Christophe (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christophe (the owner) a message.

If Christophe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
