Spacious renovated chalet in the heart of the Upper Tarentaise. Free Navette to the station of Ste Foy Tarentaise just 5 minutes away. You can explore the resorts of Val d'Isere , Tignes, La Rosiere and Les Arcs within 15 minutes by car. The chalet is 240m spread over 4 levels. 4 large comfortable bedrooms which can be configured as you wish to accommodate your group. The lounge dining area is 80m with 4m high ceilings , fire place , views over the mountains with the sort of space found in luxury chalets. It is very well equipped with every modern convenience, to ensure that you have a relaxing holiday in this secluded getaway. There is a private garden which is gated for safe play . The chalet is nestled in the sleepy hamlet of La Thuile which itself sits between the village and ski station of Ste foy Tarentaise. The location means that it is very easy to access all of the top ski resorts in a very short space of time. Included in the price of your stay are all cleaning products, Bin bags and loo rolls ,basic kitchen pantry supplies such as herbs and spices etc. WIFI , free view sky TV or French TNT , pierrade and fondue machine , Nespresso , washing machine , tumble dryers, hair dryers, baby equipment such as sterilizer, bath , potty , high chair , monitiors, cots , linen. child equipment such as booster seats , toys, books games and even sledges. fire wood, duck down quality duvets ( alternatives available ) and quality linen and towels . We have lived in the area for 20 years , Hamish is a ski instructor and property renovator and Tamsin has worked for a major ski Chalet tour operator for 19 years . We are only 10 minutes away and always on hand to answer any questions you may have or to help you plan your holiday . We are also able to assist you in having groceries delivered direct to the chalet or even arrnage for in house catering or meals to be delivered to the chalet. The chalet is available to book for any duration over 3 nights with certain peak holiday weeks being 7 night minimum. We have chosen Sunday to Sunday to avoid the busiest days on the road.

Rooms a follows . Entrance with secure porch ski storage . bedroom 1 with king bed, ensuite walk in shower, basin. WC located just outside door. Walk in wardrobe, balcony to gardens, free view UK TV and DVD player, Additional pull out sofa armchair suitable for child plus cot space. bedroom 2 has either twin or king bed, plus a bunk suitable for hold or small adult, plenty of storage and balcony. The full bathroom is next door with large bath, walk in shower, basin and WC . Bedroom3 is located the floor below and has a king sized bed as well as 2 full size single sofa beds or 1 sofa bed and cot space. Door to garden and well as small ensuite bathroom with bath, shower fitting, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 is the mezzanine area above the lounge with 2 curtained snug areas under the eaves. One has a king bed, and the other 2 singles. Either set of beds can be moved to the centre of the mezzanine to enable more head height but less privacy. There is a small shower room, basin, WC. The Lounge is 80m with fire place, sofas, shaggy rugs and bean bags. large dining room and 10-12 chairs. flat screen with TNT and freeview UK TV, wireless speakers and an office area. Large breakfast bar with 8 seats. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pierrade machine, fondue machine, coffee machine, A full list of what is provided in the chalet can be sent in advance to help you plan your holiday . We also offer your supermarket order delivered to the chalet for 20euros

We are located just 10 mins drive from the chalet and are on hand before your arrival and during your stay for any questions you may have on the chalet , resort, surrounding areas or transport links. We are happy to advise you on ski areas, equipment and catering services operating in the area. We will never intrude or visit the chalet if you would rather we don't. We have a concierge living right next to the house for any immediate needs.

maximum 12 guests, ideally suited to 8-10 adults plus kids in spare beds sharing rooms.
The house has very good quality equipment and we provide all cleaning materials, linen, towels and fire wood.
The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning such as bed making , hoovering , cleaning bathrooms etc. we ask that you please remove your rubbish and do your washing up , and replace everything where you found it.
We charge a damage deposit of €500 by cheque or credit card pre authorisation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
