La mini villa, in tipico stile corso, è immersa in un esclusivo parco naturale dominato dalla macchia mediterranea, subito a ridosso dalla splendida baia di Pinarello, cui si accede tramite un sentiero pedonale di circa 80m. che parte direttamente dal parking privato.
L'abitazione, fornita di tutti comforts: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno normale e a microonde, Tv satellite Lcd 32' con canali italiani e francesi disponibili, collegamento Internet WI-Fi, cassaforte, aria condizionata, svariati elettrodomestici e zanzariere alle finestre, può ospitare fino a 6 persone. La casa è composta da due stanze di cui una matrimoniale al piano terra e la seconda, nel soppalco chiuso con porta scorrevole, è occupata da due letti singoli che all'occorrenza possono essere uniti. I restanti due posti sono garantiti dal divano letto collocato in soggiorno. In caso di bisogno è possibile richiedere il seggiolone e il lettino per bebè.
Un'ampia terrazza coperta, con Barbecue in muratura, permette di consumare i pasti all'aperto. La casa offre anche, in condivisione con la Mini villa 4, una fontana nel giardino privato ideale per la pulizia delle attrezzature sportive acquatiche e una bicicletta per raggiungere il mini market del campeggio lì vicino (a 100mt circa).
Nel giardino privato è possibile rilassarsi o prendere il sole anche se l'ombra è comunque garantita dal un pino secolare.
Una grande piscina attrezzata con sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e tavolini è a disposizione degli ospiti che possono anche usufruire della connessione Wi-Fi. Per finire, a 30 mt dalla mini villa 3, è presente una piccola area giochi per i bambini con altalene e tavolino da ping pong.

The house, equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, normal and microwave oven, 32 'LCD satellite TV with Italian, English and French channels available, WI-Fi Internet connection, safe, air conditioning, various appliances and mosquito nets on the windows, can accommodate up to 6 people. The house has two rooms: one double on the ground floor and the second, in the loft closed with a sliding door, is occupied by two single beds that can be joined together if necessary. The remaining two places are guaranteed by the sofa bed located in the living room. In case of need it is possible to request a high chair and a baby bed.
A large covered terrace, with the barbecue, allows you to have meals outdoors. The accommodation also offers, in sharing with the Mini villa 4, a fountain in the private garden ideal for cleaning water sports equipment and a bicycle that allows you to reach the mini market of the nearby campsite (about 100m away).
In the private garden you can relax or sunbathe even if the shade is still guaranteed by a centuries-old pine.
A large swimming pool equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and tables is available to guests who can also use the Wi-Fi connection. Finally, 30 meters from the mini villa 3, there is a small play area for children with swings and a ping pong table.
