Magnifique maison située dans le quartier de la Testa, dans un endroit calme à Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, comprenant :

1 grande pièce à vivre (cuisine, salon, salle à manger), 4 chambres (3 doubles et une chambre avec 4 lits simples superposés), deux SDB (douches italiennes 160 X 90), deux WC. A l'extérieur, vous aurez bien sur la piscine privée (7.5m X 3.5m X 1.5m) sur la terrasse, les transats, le salon de jardin, le barbecue et une table avec 10 chaises.

Un parking privé est à votre disposition.

Télévision grand écran (107cm) et wifi à disposition.

Vous pouvez rejoindre la plage de Vardiola (moins fréquentée que celle de Pinarello) qui est seulement à 1km en quelques minutes à pieds. Le centre de Ste Lucie avec les restaurants, et les commerces (boulangerie, supermarché,...) est à 4 km.

Tout proche également, la rivière du Cavu vous offre ses multiples bassins naturels ainsi que la possibilité de faire de nombreuses randonnées (tous niveaux) dans sa vallée (San Martinu).

En résumé, la maison est située dans un endroit stratégique entre la mer, la montagne et la rivière tout en restant au calme.

Le ménage final est en supplément (150€)

    Tolle Raumaufteilung und sehr schöner Pool. Ruhig gelegen ! Liegt allerdings gut 5km von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt. Auch zum Strand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Casa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
