A charming house T6 (130m ² habitable) to rent in edge of beach in Grenettes. This large property enjoys an exceptional location: protected site, private access, the dunes and the beach at 30 meters !! Facing south, overlooking park of 900m ², trees and flowers, closed ripe with direct entrance to the path leading to the beach! Large terrace with electric awning, garden furniture and large barbecue. Access to the front in a quiet dead end, garden with trees and flowers. Possibility of parking (not private) and private parking in the park. Living room: this large room of 60m² brings together a lounge area (two convertible sofas, LCD TV, TNT decoder, DVD player, fireplace ...), a dining-room area, and a kitchen area (large fridge-freezer) , dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso, ...). Antique furniture. The back kitchen has a washing machine, an electric condensing dryer and maintenance equipment. Two bay windows offer direct access to the park side terrace to the south. On either side of the living room you will find 5 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 Queen-size bed (200x160cm), 3 bedrooms with double beds (200x140cm), and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (200x90cm). For the little ones, 3 cots will be at your disposal. Returning from the beach, 2 bathrooms including a very large Italian will await you. 2 toilets are also at your disposal. TAXES: The amount of rent is ALL CHARGES INCLUDED (water, electricity, etc ...). The tourist tax is also included. HOUSEHOLD COSTS END OF STAY: Faced with the difficulty of finding staff on Saturday, and to make sure that you find the house in perfect condition on your arrival, we were forced to make a cleaning fee of 100 €. LAUNDRY RENTAL: You will obviously find in the rooms blankets, duvets, pillows, bolsters and bath mats. Some of the holidaymakers prefer to pay a little less and bring their own linen. We therefore offer the possibility of providing optional sheets and towels. For those who prefer not to be burdened with this load, we offer the rental of high quality linen, at a rental rate lower than the laundry: - 4 rooms with 1 bed 2 pers: 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases pillow, 1 pillowcase, 2 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 bath mats. - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds: 4 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 4 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 bath mats. The price is 60 € per room, valid for 1 or 2 weeks, except change on request. The supply of baby linen (sheets and towels) is offered. The beds will be made by us. Why can't I call Jocelyne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jocelyne (the owner) a message.

If Jocelyne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
