Pretty villa of 220m ² on ground of 1500m ² closed in the middle of the vines of the island of Ré face Fort Boyard and the Island of Oléron, consisting of: entrance, covered terrace full south with big picture window, living room, SAM, kitchen, Office-Library, guest WC, release, 4 bedrooms including two master bedroom with shower room and toilet, 1 bathroom + WC private, a second terrace facing south-east Private parking. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and small freezer compartment, a convection oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher and has an espresso machine in addition to the coffee maker. The show is equipped with TV (French and international programs, video library) and a HiFi system. There is also an Internet connection with Wifi and an outdoor video surveillance, Sainte Marie de Ré is a small village of 3000 inhabitants on the south-west coast, facing the island of Oléron and the fortified tower of "Fort Boyard" . The city of La Rochelle, on the continent, is connected by a bridge of about 3 km. It has 75,000 inhabitants. The villa is located 150 meters from the village church, 300 meters from the seaside and 5 minutes by bike from the thalassotherapy center. It is located in a quiet and residential area, The fresh produce market is located about 1000 meters on the Antioch Square where are clustered other businesses, such as bakery, butcher, post office, house of the press, tourist office, restaurant, hairdresser. A medical center and a nursing office also settled there. The pharmacy and a Carrefour Contact supermarket are a little further away. The marina coast lends itself to fishing on foot at low tide and to walks along the coastline. At 20 minutes by bike and 6 minutes by car, a guarded beach offers many activities: playgrounds for children, sailing school, boat rental and jet skis. The island is rich in cycle paths along the coast or through small forests and vineyards. Bicycles can be rented at Sainte Marie.

Good location, 5 minutes from beach and convenient for village which has good shops. House is spacious and well eqipped.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Wolfgang (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
